NextDoor Braces was founded by Dr. Philippe Farha with a simple vision: to make high-quality orthodontic care more accessible for both patients and dental practices. We partner with general and pediatric dental offices to seamlessly integrate orthodontic services into their existing workflow. In addition, we support dentists with expert treatment planning and virtual collaboration solutions, ensuring they can confidently deliver orthodontic care within their own practices. Our approach combines clinical precision, modern technology, and personalized attention. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully designed to support healthy function, long-term stability, and natural esthetics. Meet Dr. Philippe Farha
Dr. Philippe Farha’s journey in dentistry began with early inspiration from his mother, a pediatric dentist who demonstrated how clinical science and artistry come together to transform lives. That foundation shaped his philosophy of care, where precision, design, and function exist in perfect balance.
After completing his master’s training in orthodontics in Beirut in 2021, Dr. Farha continued refining his expertise through an orthodontic fellowship at the University of Connecticut. He later earned his Advanced Standing Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with high honors from Boston University in 2024, where he was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society in recognition of his academic excellence and clinical distinction. Dr. Farha provides orthodontic care using modern techniques and advanced clear aligner systems, including Invisalign®. His approach is highly personalized and guided by both facial esthetics and long-term functional harmony. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully designed to deliver results that are not only visually refined, but structurally sound and built to last. Beyond technical expertise, Dr. Farha is deeply committed to the patient experience. He believes orthodontic care should feel collaborative, seamless, and reassuring — ensuring every patient feels informed, confident, and genuinely cared for at every stage of treatment.
